Refund Policy
Donation refunds are reviewed case by case after payment verification and internal approval. If you need support, our team can be reached at the New Delhi office by phone or email during business hours.
How To Request

Review Process
We confirm the transaction details, check the payment status, and review any internal records before deciding whether a refund can be approved.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing windows.
Non-Refundable Cases
Completed donations used for ongoing programs, disbursed funds, or requests that cannot be verified may not qualify for a refund.
